Die R12 Hülse entstand in Zusammenarbeit mit dem großen Maestro d`oboe Carlo Romano.
Ziel war es, mehr Volumen beim Spiel zu haben.
Als Basis für die Entwicklung war die D12 Hülse. Die oberen und unteren Maße sind gleich.
Der Verlauf jedoch von oval(oben) zu rund (unten) unterscheidet sich völlig.
